RO Water Treatment Plant
RO water treatment plant adopts reverse osmosis membrane separation technology to remove dissolved salts, heavy metals, colloids, organic matter and bacteria from raw water. Equipped with Aelt UF as pretreatment and DOW FilmTec RO elements, it delivers stable purified water ,widely used for pharmaceutical purified water, drinking water, food processing and industrial water treatment. Custom capacity available from 500L/H to 100m³/H.

Description
Our Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification system adopts a multi-stage precision filtration process to maintain stable and controlled effluent parameters, continuously complying with production and discharge regulatory requirements. Optimized consumable lifespan and automatic backwashing design substantially lower the frequency of chemical usage and filter cartridge replacement, slashing manual maintenance costs by over 40%.
With a modular configuration, the system accommodates various raw water conditions and provides effective resistance against scaling and corrosion. Integrated real-time fault early warning capability minimizes unplanned downtime. It fundamentally addresses three core pain points: unstable water quality, high maintenance expenses and poor adaptability. The solution cuts overall water-related operating costs for enterprises and guarantees long-term, stable and compliant operation.
